House Rules
BeachPleaseBaja is located in a peaceful residential community. We welcome guests to enjoy the Baja ocean environment and the spectacular views. We are not a hotel and certain conduct that may be tolerated at hotels and resorts are not acceptable here. To enjoy access to our community, guests must agree to comply with the rules which are provided as a part of this reservation policy.
1. Security Surveillance - for your personal safety and the safety of our residents, the community is under 24 hours camera surveillance.
2. NO FIREWORKS. You will be immediately evicted if this rule is violated.
3. QUIET HOURS are to be observed between SUNSET AND SUNRISE. This is NOT a party home. This location is intended for relaxation and rejuvenation. Noise should not be so loud as to disturb the quiet enjoyment by others in the community. Any loud behaviors and/or music may result in the removal of you and your guests by security. If you’re looking to “party hard,” you’ll be disappointed.
4. Security will not admit more persons to the community than the number of persons designated for reservation. Any persons sneaking in will be in violation and will be treated as a trespasser. All guests who are on the reservation will be evicted.
5. Refunds/credits will NOT be provided and you will forfeit your security deposit in the event of you and your guests removal from the property. You are responsible for your guests at all times during your stay. You will be held financially responsible for any and all damages incurred to the property and its contents during your stay.
6. Due to guest allergies, pets are not allowed. No exceptions.
7. Flip-flops or water shoes are required in the Jacuzzi area when floors are wet. The floors will get slippery when its wet.
8. Do not bring food or glass containers into the pool/hot tub Jacuzzi area. Broken glass can cause injury.
9. Please secure all doors opened or closed as the winds can cause damage. You will be held responsible for damaged caused by unsecure doors.
10. The wine/spirits and candles located around the home are for display purposes only. Please do not tamper with these items and be mindful of children with these items.
